The state of Oregon continues it's efforts to control covid 19 using the basic mitigation measures that have defined this pandemic: wearing a face covering, keeping physical distance, washing hands often and refraining from touching face. The degree of protective measures in the community will be tied directly to the spread of covid 19 in the community and may increase or decrease periodically, as spread in the county increases or decreases. The governor has given OHA (Oregon Health Authority) the task of assessing a risk level metrics every two weeks determining what that county will adhere to. Essentially, in regards to vacation rentals, Low risk (where we are at right now) allows for 10 people from no more than 4 households to gather, Moderate risk where no more than 8 people from no more than 2 households can gather, and the two highest (High risk and Extreme risk) both allow for 6 people from no more than 2 households gather. Please be aware of these restrictions while placing any booking.
We are and will be doing everything in our power to properly clean, disinfect & ventilate the homes after every guest stay and according to advice from CDC, OHA & others. The cities and county involved have asked us to make you aware of the following in an effort to decrease the chance of spreading the covid 19 virus: Postpone the trip if anyone is sick or experiencing any fever or viral symptoms at all, wash hands often, maintain social distancing while out in the community, wear mask when visiting shops or in close proximity to others, report to us asap if anyone at any time experiences fever or cold/flu symptoms during stay. Remove shoes before entering home (keep on front porch if possible), Start linens and dishes used during stay and leave windows open at departure (weather permitting). If you need PPE (gloves, mask, hand sanitizer) during stay, call our office 503-368-3865. Lastly, we are ideally maintaining a 24 hour window after every guest use, calendars updated in progress.
