SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND OTHER RATE INFORMATION:
When Reserving a home, we ask for a 1 night deposit, 2 nights for a stay of 4 nights or more. Balance due 30 days prior to stay. You must cancel at least 60 days prior to your stay with a $50.00 cancel fee. If you cancel after the 60 days and we are able to re-book the home for the same amount of nights and the same rate per night, we will refund all but the $50.00 cancel fee. We have a security deposit on all of our homes as well. In most cases this amount is $200.00. |
