RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Furnished with warmth and charm, this remodeled beach home is centrally located on the north side of town, an easy walk to all that Manzanita has to offer. Downtown is steps away and to the south is the city park, golf course and Nehalem Bay State Park. Neahkahnie is at the north end. Quiet street in a residential area, just 2 blocks to the beach. The Kitchen is very well equipped and the large dining area seats eight. The spacious master bedroom has a sitting area with a cozy leather chair and loveseat. Teens and pre-teens will like their private upstairs hideaway with its two bedrooms and a half bath + their own TV/DVD player. Enjoy the sound of the ocean while sitting on the covered porch equipped with comfortable patio furniture. Have your morning coffee/afternoon glass of wine on the spacious, new, semi-private deck in the back.
